FAQ Are you affiliated with RIAA? No. CRAA makes custom platinum and gold record awards available to bands, company’s or anyone who wouldn't have the opportunity to receive an official RIAA award. Our awards are not registered with the RIAA and are a high quality novelty. Will you make me a Custom Record Award of my favorite artist (ex. Kiss, Pearl Jam, etc)? Absolutely not. How long do orders take? When payment and artwork is received, construction of your personalized award usually takes about 2-3 weeks. Worth the wait! Can I customize the plaque with my own sales numbers? Please keep in mind that a gold record award is presented for 500,000 copies sold, and a platinum award is 1,000.000 copies sold. We try to keep the awards as real as possible - so our plaques have these sales numbers. Otherwise if you really want certain numbers on your plaque - contact us. How do I order an award for somebody not in a band? You can order the award via our website, then supply us with any artwork (company logo, etc). Contact us and let us know the details of your order and what you would like on your plaque. How do I submit my album and record sticker artwork? We would prefer you to submit your artwork and payment on the same day. Put the Last Name on your order in the title of your e-mail. Go to Artwork Templates page. Do you accept other payments besides paypal? No. We’re set up for paypal right now - but PayPal accepts all major credit cards. What size is the final product? The award (record and plaque) is in a 16"x20" frame. Is there a discount for quantity orders? Yes. Please contact us with the quantity you need. Can I cancel my order after its been placed? Cancelled orders will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (50% of the total amount of the order) if the order is cancelled 10 days after payment is received. My award arrived broken, what do I do? Contact us the day your order is received and let us know - and we will do our best to fix the problem. Claims will not be accepted if we are contacted 2 days or more after shipment has arrived. Do you ship outside the U.S.A.? Yes. Please contact us if you live anywhere besides the U.S.A. or Canada. How much are your awards? Platinum Awards are $150 - Gold Awards are $125. How much is shipping? $30 for one Award. $45 for 2. $60 for 3. Over three awards we will send you an invoice for shipping. IPlease contact us beforehand if you are placing a large order and want to use your Federal Express or UPS account number for shipping (we will charge you a shipping supplies fee).
